My name is Sarah Tracy, and I’m a lifelong resident of Thurston County with deep roots in the North Thurston community. As a parent with two children who graduated in this district, I understand both the hopes and concerns that many families carry. I’ve experienced the day-to-day realities of our schools, not just as a board member, but as a mother, neighbor, and active community member.

Since being appointed to the NTPS Board of Directors in August 2024 to represent District 3, I’ve been committed to listening, learning, and building strong partnerships with families, staff, and students. 

My focus has always been on creating a school system that is equitable, student-centered, and reflective of the community’s values. I believe every student deserves the opportunity to thrive, and that happens when families are heard, educators are supported, and school leaders are accountable. I’m running to continue this important work and to continue to earn your trust as someone who shares your investment in the success and well-being of every child in our district.
